our dough is HAND MIXED & naturally leavened from our house sourdough starter

dough is made from 50% Maine Grains flour & 50% organic 00 flour from Quebec

 

we are a no-tipping  establishment, so prices are reflective of that

tips can be left, and they will be donated to a Maine non-profit

 

meat is from Broad Arrow Farm

greens are from Dickey Hill Farm
